New Mother's Support Group

A time to share experiences with other new mothers.  Topics include postpartum adjustment, newborn care, and development.  Occasional guest speakers.  Open to mothers of babies birth to four months.  This group is informative, educational and supportive.

Breastfeeding Support Group

A group of breastfeeding mothers and their babies, birth to three months.  A Lactation Consultant will facilitate this intimate group and will be available for problem solving, questions and support.
